Coral Osborne is a Personal Chef with diverse experience with just about any cuisine. A graduate of The New School of Cooking as well as Matthew Kenney’s plant-based school, she has a knack for infusing health with fine-dining.  Having hailed from a career in the entertainment industry, Coral has worked with many high profile clients who appreciate her savviness outside of the kitchen as much as in. In addition to working at The Stable, Coral hosts pop-up dinners and cooking classes, including volunteering her time at an eating disorder recovery center.

Philosophy/Approach: Having been faced with serious gut health issues in her younger years, Coral developed her passion for cooking on her own road to recovery - altering her favorite recipes and developing new ones. For her, cooking is a cathartic release and healthy food by no means should be monotonous or bland.
