Colin Specht has trained in various martial arts for the past ten years. For the last five of those, he has worked in the sober community as a teen companion, manager, and counselor, and has been a certified personal trainer, working with private clients as well as large corporate fitness institutions.
Philosophy/Approach: Colin believes that by focusing on small, achievable goals, people can accomplish big changes within themselves. Colin focuses on pushing people with positive energy, physically challenging them, and allowing them to perceive growth through strength. With physical change, behavioral changes seem less daunting and more feasible.
